I write it clearly here: We are not interested in selling to sell, but in ensuring that your experience with us becomes long and satisfying.
For this reason, we will pay the utmost attention to respect our promises.
DELIVERY TIME
The goods travel with BRT (Bartolini) courier.
As soon as we receive your order, we don't rest on our laurels, but take care of it right away.
If the morning arrives, we can organize the shipment for the afternoon and get you the shoes for the next day. (after two days if you order from Sicily, Calabria and Sardinia)
If your order is placed in the afternoon or in the evening, the departure of the shoes is always for the following day.
RETURNS
According to Italian law, there are 14 days to exercise the return. In case of return, the shoes can be replaced or refunded. The refund is made with Paypal or by bank transfer as soon as the shoes are received by us. These must still be in their box and in the same original condition. LEAVE THE TAX RECEIPT INSIDE.
Throughout Italy, the return is at our expense.
I'll explain how it works:
If the shoes you received don't fit you, you don't like them or they are different from what you thought, let us know by email at info@calzaturenucca.it.
We will send you the waybill for your return shipment by email.
You will just have to print it and attach it to the package, perhaps in the special plastic pocket that you find already applied.
Just call the SDA courier on 199 11.33.66. who will pick up the package, we will pay for it.
TERMS OF PAYMENT
When you make a purchase you can pay in three ways:
CREDIT CARD : through the Paypal circuit. It is a safe method because it guarantees both us selling and you buying. Furthermore, in the event of a refund, it is the fastest solution.
BANK TRANSFER : You can make a bank transfer to our account. To speed up the shipment as much as possible, send us a screen or a screenshot of the transfer.
CASH ON DELIVERY : in case of cash on delivery, you pay directly to the courier in cash. In the case of a return, you will need to provide us with your bank details for the transfer.
SCALAPAY: If you buy with Scalapay you receive your order immediately and pay in 3 instalments. You acknowledge that the installments will be transferred to Incremento SPV Srl, related parties and their assignees, and that you authorize this transfer.
