RETURNS AND REFUNDS

If you are not satisfied with your order, you have 14 days to exercise the right of withdrawal. In the event of a return, the products can be replaced or refunded. The refund will be made using the same payment method used to place the order. In the event that the order was paid on delivery, please provide us with an IBAN to issue the refund. However, the refund will only be made after we have received and verified that the product is in its original condition.
REMEMBER TO ALSO INSERT THE TAX RECEIPT INSIDE.

How to make a return

If you are not satisfied with your order, you have 14 days, starting from the date of receipt of the package, to return the products for FREE.

  1. Log into your account " Here " and choose the order you want to return.

  2. Click on "Request return" and follow all the steps indicated.

  3. You will receive the new waybill for your return shipment by email.

  4. Insert the products inside the original box or an equally sturdy one. Make sure you remove the old vehicle tags and replace them with the return one.
    The Product(s) must(s) be returned in their original condition.

  5. Book a collection by calling the SDA courier on 199 11.33.66.

  6. Wait for the package to return to our warehouse and you will receive a new email as soon as the refund has been issued.
